Interview
Recruiter interview was very basic. Met with DSM for second interview. He was very agressive and picked apart my resume asking why I wanted to move up thru the company, what certain job descriptions meant and anything that I used to make me stand out, he said he wasnt impressed.
I had about 3 mintues to ask questions, which was not enough. Then I was asked to come back for personality test. The DSM was very different and very encouraging. After taking the test, 4 days went by with no word so I called the Recruiter. She said that the DSM was trying to speak with the RZM about the next step. That was 3 weeks ago. Now I am getting no response from the DSM or the recruiter.
It seems very unprofessional after going through the process and being told that I will be moving to the next step in the interview process and then to hear nothing.

Question 1
Describe a time when you made a mistake and how you handled it
I had two interviews. First one was with one manager and the second was with two other managers. The interview s lasted about 30 minutes each. They asked about my payroll background and several questions that started out with, "tell me about a time..."
Very simple. A round table interview with scenario-based questions. They ask mostly about previous interactions with co-workers as well as customers. It is a customer service job and you are dealing with payroll which can get very overwhelming
