First interview was a zoom panel interview, where each person would take turns asking a question. It was not conversational or fluid at all, not very open/welcoming interview at all. And It made me not want to work for them.

I met with a panel of managers, even though the recruiter told me it would just be one person. They rapid fired questions leaving me barely time to breathe in between. Usually sales people attempt to joke around and build rapport but these interviewers were extremely cold and lacked basic conversation skills. I declined to move forward to the next interview because of the culture.
