I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycor
Interview
Quick 1 on 1 interview with the standard problem solving questions. Lasted less than 20 minutes. Interviewer sold the company well and said they were looking to expand from 650 to about 1000 employees in the next year. Asked very standard questions including "Name a time you worked on a group project" etc.
It was pleasant process and it was very fast. You'll have a HR interview and quickly after that a technical interview. After that you'll get an offer, or don't. It was nice experience.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Paycor in May 2022
Interview
The interview process mainly involved a video interview to testing knowledge on the framework and language the team uses. It involved identifying common misconceptions junior level developers face and questions on OOP.
The technical interview contained a matrix algorithm question of finding a suitable path based on a constraint. The interview then proceeded to go through previous work history and work accomplishments.
The interviewer was personable and helped through the process. My only suggestion to the interviewer would be to give environment set up instructions ahead of the interview to save time.
