All in all, the interview went well for me. I had an on-campus interview which was informal and pleasant and several days later, I was invited to an on-site interview. It lasted for five hours, although breakfast was included. I interviewed with four different people and typically behavioral questions.They were nice and friendly and did not make the interview process seem overtly serious.

I interviewed with three separate people: the hiring manager, a director, and a peer. Everyone was friendly and the recruiter was quick to respond. They asked me questions about my experience, what I was looking for in a career, and why I wanted to work there.
