The first round was Technical Screening followed by the Technical Interview with the hiring manager. The final round was with the Director. The technical interview consisted of general C# interview questions.
The job description on the job board began with an invitation to take their skills test ("to make sure you get noticed").
Dutifully complied (took the full sixty minutes to double check my answers)...
