The Paycor interview process is a lengthy process. You will usually start off by meeting the Regional Sales Manager for a casual conversation to get to know more about the company and the culture. If you and the RSD think you are a good fit you will the move on to meeting the Regional Vice President of Sales (typically in person or via phone). If you pass the VP interview you will be asked to complete a personality test that consists of 200 or so questions about your personality and some math problems. The final step is an interview with an HR executive. After that all the people you interview with have a summit to say Yes or No. Then you will receive an offer.
