The interview and job offer process to over a month. At the time I thought it was strange but now understanding how archaic the company operates it makes perfect sense
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycor (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2015
Interview
One phone interview with recruiter
Two interviews with Managers
One "job" shadow
No one ever got back with me after two weeks I called regarding an update. Later that day I received an automated email indicating they went with other candidates. I thought I had an awesome interview. My background was more than adequate. I feel from the environment that although they have diversity, I did not see many African Americans, more diversity of Middle Eastern. I truly believe it was discrimination and I actually interviewed with a Latin manager. She probably wouldn't even hire her own people. I thought it was terribly rude they never responded until I contacted them. Just unprofessional.
