Contacted by email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went well but very informal. Contacted by email. Directed to complete aptitude test. Contacted by phone and scheduled in person interviews with with two separate managers. First interview went well, second interview was shorter and very "canned". Found out later the interviewer had just joined the company. Was not given any information about how the process would continue, nobody had business cards. Was contacted the next week and asked to do another interview with yet another manager and then do a job shadow. This interview also went well. Also found out that this manager had only been with the company for a short time. Felt "dumped" in an associate for the job shadow while the manager hurried off and was not told anything about how the process would progress. Next week received a form letter letting me know that they had gone with someone else.
