Interview
I am overqualified for the position I had applied to and did not even progress through the phone screen. The recruiter seemed annoyed the second we got on the phone. It was as if I was bothering her, when she had scheduled the call. She proceeded to ask me almost nothing about my nearly decade of relevant work experience in tech sales. Strangest call I've probably ever had with a recruiter.

Interview
recruiter phone screen, met with a VP, then a region manager. Really quick process and they stayed in communication with me almost daily between meetings. Allowed me to talk to others in the role already and we met in person. One of the better processes Ive had
Very upfront with requirements & expectations on what's needed for the role. Recruiter was very honest with my experience & how to approach conversations with management. Enjoyed the process. Very quick.
