The interview process was pretty short, and straight to the point. Normal questions were asked, and questions about availability. They were willing to work with school schedule. They were willing to work with school schedule.

Obviously only the affirmative action community was sought. I found out later all they hire are affirmative action, despite receiving 5 years tax operational abatements from an all white area.
