My interviews with Paymentus is a very pleasant learning process. The hiring managers are technically very strong, and they are very nice and professional people. A telephone interview was delivered about a week before the on-site interview. During the on-site interview, technical questions about test automation and coding questions were asked. There were tough questions that I was not able to get the solutions immediately. However, hiring managers provided hints which allowed me to demonstrate my knowledge and eventually get a solution. Also, another thing I feel very grateful about was that hiring managers pointed out my typos in the coding solution and allowed me to correct them early. During the final round of the on-site interview, vice president of the company asked a very tough technical question, and I was only able to get a correct solution after hints and feedback were provided and a very careful thinking process.
