The interview at Paymentus was very pleasant, and stood out for the no-nonsense attitude of the interviewers, and for their to-the-point questions which were appropriate to the level and the position I was interviewed for. The interviewers were listening to my answers, they did not come with ready-made replies they were expecting to get; they asked follow-up questions, and we developed a dialogue. I was interviewed by 4 different people (not all at the same time) - development manager, technical project manager, senior architect and the VP of Technology & Operations. I was even given a quick tour of the company and was introduced to people at key positions.
