Had a phone screen with the recruiter, call and onsite with sales director, then a call with sales VP. All went well, but I had some reservations about the company. They say that they don’t have quotas?!? There was something a bit off and funny about the culture that I couldn’t put my finger on. Received and offer and attempted to negotiate an 8% increase, to which they declined. THEN, they took their original offer off of the table! What kind of sales organization doesn’t want to hire sales reps that negotiate for more money?!? Beware - something is off...
