The first interview was a virtual one. I had prepared for it with the practice interview that was provided. Unfortunately there were different question o the actual virtual interview which was a little scary. But I must have done alright because a second in-person interview was requested. The second interview was with the manager and director of my department. they were both very nice but they read off of a scripted list of interview questions which I personally dislike. In my opinion, those interview questions don't really tell you much about whether or not the interviewee can actually perform the required job duties. It's also rather impersonal.
