1 Interview with HR 1 Interview with Hiring Manager The hiring manager interview was only 30 minutes and stayed high level. The interviewer ran through a list of questions and did not feel a need to build any rapport or add a human element to the experience. Good — Short process, no homework or product sense. People are friendly. Softball interview questions.
Bad — POOR BALANCE: Must wake up early, early even for eastern time. POOR TIME MANAGEMENT: Interviewers were late and did not leave any time for my questions. LACK OF MORALS: Struggled to demonstrate that they “do the right thing”, plus many microaggressions. LACK OF DIVERSITY: Everyone who interviewed me was of the same gender and race.
