Interview
the recruiter reached out and wanted to schedule an interview. i did a phone interview and an additional video interview with hiring manager in the same week. the interviews were chill and laid back. they were super impressed with my background and experience and was so eager to get to know me. the interview felt like a conversation, rather than an interview. i really thought it went well but the recruiter totally ghosted me afterwards. i wish employers were better at communicating that you were not selected rather than saying "we will contact you in a week about next steps".

Interview
I first had an interview with the recruiter, then interviewed with the hiring manager. I made sure to ask questions I found very important to me when looking for a place to work (i.e., culture, etc.)
