Fast and easy application process with an open line of communication throughout the process. Someone got back to me within 3 days of applying online. Setup a Skype call with one of the iOS Engineers and had simple introductions and backgrounds. I was then given a coding challenge to create an app for iOS and was given 3-5 days to complete. After submitting that, I was brought onsite to meet with 6 people, 3 rounds of two people. The questions ranged from technical, iOS specific, and design. The interview lasted about 3.5 hours. Everyone at Peek that I interviewed with was super friendly and very diverse in all aspects of background and knowledge. They were all super passionate about the product and what they were trying to solve which is great in a company. After the interview I informed the recruiter that I had a offer on the table with a different company and would need a response quickly and he was very accommodating. They got back to me in a day and that ultimately they selected someone with more experience than I had but the recruiter and people that I interviewed with are still in touch. They even provided very detailed feedback in areas to improve which is unheard of after interviewing. I'll definitely be back to apply for the team again. The company culture looks super engaging and fun and the product is solves a problem in a rapidly growing market.
