I was approached via Linkedin. They were very open, honest, and transparent about the job posting. In all I had about 4 phone interviews (they are based out of San Francisco and I live in Utah) and 1 face to face interview in their Sandy, Utah office. They were super accommodating in that they worked around my current work schedule to find times to talk to me that worked for me.
