I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Peek (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview process was thorough. You can tell they are trying to hire the right people who will come in and add to the culture of success. One of the final steps is that they thoroughly check your references. Once you get past that, you meet with one of the founders.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask you to pitch the product. They send you a slide deck that you edit and pitch on your first face to face interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Peek (Salt Lake City, UT) in Oct 2021
Interview
Lengthy interview process. Good questions asked. 4-5 interviews. Have to do a presentation based on a sales example they provide. Initial is with a recruiter, then sales manager, a following with manager for the presentation, and final with the head of sales.
The interview process was done via the topgrading interview process. It started out as a phone interview and then moved into an in office interview. They would then ask for references they could contact.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Peek (Sandy, UT) in Feb 2019
Interview
Interviewed with one of the senior managers. He would ask me a question then start looking at his computer. At first it seemed like he was taking notes but then would ask me to repeat what I said. He did not care at all what I had to say. After the interview I sent thank you email and message through linked in. Didn't hear back from him or the recruiter that reached out to me. Followed up after a week... No response. Followed up after a month... No response. Terrible experience.
