1 Phone Screen with the Recruiter. Didn't get very deep in the process with them since I had stated my base salary up front since I was late in the process with other companies. The band was likely out of range with their needs which seems to indicate that they want to low-ball most PM candidates based on their limited revenue projections. Seems to be a place that is a better fit for more junior PMs that need time in seat to be seen as a PM. Senior leadership in Product doesn't have FAANG experience so do not expect to learn too much in this SaaS space. Be prepared to know more SaaS oriented questions since they do not focus on their B2C play as much anymore. Therefore, learn some very basic SaaS prioritization frameworks and highlight more enterprise-flavored user research techniques (e.g. asking your clients to tell you what features they want built).

Interview
Initial phone screen with a recruiter - very organized and helpful interview. Followed by a call with the hiring manager, during the call the hiring manager paced back and forth while talking about the company and industry (honestly gave a negative impression when I had put time into preparing for the interview) very unstructured. Towards the end of our time the hiring manager opened the floor to learn about me and then had to cut the call short for another meeting.

Overall a positive experience, the Senior Pdm was patient and friendly.
