I applied from LinkedIn and had a phone screen with a recruiter. I really enjoyed the conversation and the vibe was fantastic. They were transparent about compensation range when I asked. She told me at the end I would definitely be moving forward to meet with the hiring manager, however it may be the following week before I got an email to schedule as he was out of town. The next week she emailed me and told me that they had decided to go with another candidate which was disappointing, but overall it was a positive experience regardless.
