Very friendly and thorough. The interviewer walked me through my experience in a conversational way that made me feel comfortable and also allowed me to give them the most information possible. They were very honest and transparent about the role. I first spoke with another team member, then a senior team member, the team manager, and after they decided they wanted to offer me the job the CEO actually spent an hour on the phone with me to get to know me. It's very important to the company to find people who really fit in with the culture of Peek.

They apply the principle: Hire slowly, fire quick. Had to go through four interviews. At that time I had an offer from another company and needed to make a decision, and they were very understanding and schedule the interviews as fast as they could. Last interview was with CEO of the company.
