When you first walk in, they ask you to go to the HR department. That's where you wait for Bubby. He will guide you to the area of your interview. I have had 3 different interviews here. The interviews were around 30 minutes long. I really wanted a job at Pella Regional Health Center because I figured it would be a perfect place for me to work. Pella is my hometown and I have a BFA. Always heard good things about PRHC. I was very positive and excited. Hoping for the best, I applied for all sorts of jobs that I was qualified for. I am an artist who went to college for Graphic Design. Many years in customer service. I applied for Graphic Designer, Receptionist, Food Handler, and more. I did not get offered the job on any of my job interviews. They usually have many interviews for each job, so they will not let you know right away. At least a couple weeks wait time. They will let you know by e-mail if you did not get the job.
