Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by the lack of follow-up. After being told I would receive feedback or a call within a few days of the final round interview, I never heard back from the company. This lack of communication was frustrating and left me with a negative impression of the hiring process.
It was a very standard interview process, 3 calls speaking with different levels of the team. The interviewers were very pleasant but firm. Give you small breaks with relaxing personal questions.
