What are your strengths, Why do you want to work here/ in the NICU? Tell us about a time you had a conflict (with a team member), Tell us about a time you were in a situation that you wish you could have done better?
The interview process is long but doable. My interview took about 30 minutes and it was with 1 person but if I moved on it would've been with more people. They said there is an average of 2 to 3 interviews in the process.

Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here?
I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview. The date was set and I arrived. I was greeted by a manager who led me to an office where another manager and nurse educator were waiting. I sat down with them for about an hour. It went well and they were all friendly and welcoming.
