Interview
Role dependent, my interview was behavioral asking why I was interested in the role. It was a role in combination with ARL, had it through a professor who asked about my experiences.
Interview was conducted by interns with staff monotoring on call. The staff that managed the interview were obviously uninterested from the start. Would have rather them not give me an interview than to waste my time.
