I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Penske Truck Leasing (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter asking about work history, school experience, etc.(basic interview questions) Then a face to face interview with a manager. Finally, one final interview with 2+ managers. Process was 6+ weeks. The communication on their part was very different from other companies. I received texts from the manager in regards to the scheduled interviews rather than an e-mail.
There were two interviews in total. The first was less formal with a recruiter and the second was with the district manager. Happened within the same week. Pending a background, drug test and physical I was good to go.
