I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Penske Truck Leasing (Reading, PA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Two person panel. Typical interview questions. All open-ended. Geared towards customer service. First they pre-screen you via a telephone call. Once you pass that, you will be interviewed formally. Finally, you must pass a drug screen and a background check. The background check is thorough, so you would want to be as accurate as possible.
