I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Penske Truck Leasing (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied through a university site and was asked to do a phone interview within a few days. The phone interview wasn't bad. They described the job and asked a few questions about my work history. Also asked some classic "tell me about a time when". The next day I got a call from a recruiter requesting an in-person interview. We played phone tag for a minute and ended up scheduling an interview the following week (they literally asked me to a next day interview!) . I met with the District Manager, the District Rental Manager, and the Rental Manager for that location. The interview wasn't too bad. They asked again about work experience and "tell me a time when..". Got a call from the recruiter the next day with an offer. Offer is on the low end compared to other positions I interviewed for, but everyone at the company seemed to be happy about their job. I have interviewed at other places where you could tell the interviewer didn't want to be there... Side note: You will be required to answer a survey about "you". It's just questions about what you would do in certain situations/ what kind of employee are you. They also require a drug test, background check, and physical prior to officially getting the position.

Interview
30 minute phone interview after a short screening two days earlier. Hung up before I could answer the fist question and ignored subsequent call backs and emails. If, like me, you ignored the several middling to negative reviews regarding this opportunity, don’t ignore the interviewers genuinely being rude and unprofessional. Find another MT program
