Interview
Very relaxed. You will interview with the District Rental Manager, area rental manager and district manager. If you started out as a management trainee, interview will be focused around your performance as an MT and your plan to be successful in the new role regarding prospecting, cold calling, etc.
I applied online, which was pretty easy; got a phone call week later and scheduled a time. The interview was very laid back and the questions were directed to my past experiences handling a fast paced environment and learning things on the fly.
