I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Penumbra (Alameda, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
A lot of people to talk throughout the interview. Everyone is friendly and well prepared to give you their business card. They are pretty casual here. Most important thing I took from the interview was that this was a high level work environment, meaning you are constantly on the go and need to be able to adapt to the speed and pace at which you are given. Lots of opportunities to go from different departments it seems.

The first interview was very pleasant with one of the HR reps. This person was very respectful and just asked me standard questions regarding my experience. The 2nd interview was more technical. This person asked me how I would handle specific situations related to the position. The 2nd interview was also pleasant, but I do not think I provided the answers they were looking for.
