I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PeopleShare (Allentown, PA) in Aug 2016
Interview
I had one interview over the phone. After the phone interview I had two in person interviews. The second interview was at an office with the manager and the team. After the final interview with the manager and meeting with the team I was told that they would reach out to me the next day to discuss things further...I never heard back from anyone.
Very quick and communication was strong. The whole process was overall easy and I had a good experience. Everyone was kind and took their time to get to know me & made sure I was a good fit and they were a good fit for me.

Question 1
My background and how it would apply to this new role
The interview process was very thorough. There was a talent call, an in-person interview, and 2 virtual interviews. they also had me shadow another recruiter to ensure I was comfortable with their processes. They make sure they have the right people!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PeopleShare (Pottstown, PA)
Interview
I was asked to apply via an internal recruiter, purchased a webcam for the interviews. Went through multiple rounds of talking to the recruiter, doing a "personality quiz", and interviewing with others in the company. Was ultimately not offered anything, which is completely fine. What was annoying were the continued calls from others in their company saying I had an active resume and asking if I was ready to apply for the job fits they had for me. The people I interviewed with were nice but overall it felt like a massive waste of time, and therefor was a negative experience.
