I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pepperdine University (Malibu, CA) in Aug 2011
Interview
The hiring process was extensive. It begun with a 30 minute phone interview which ended with a request to meet in person that same week. In person, I met with the hiring manager one on one, and then a panel of three employees in that department. A few days following I was asked to meet the rest of the team out of the West LA office. That consisted of 4 separate interviews one on one with 4 members of the staff including the Executive Director.
