It was a 2 part interview via zoom. The first interview was with GSEP team. They asked a few scenario questions, why I was interested in the position, and how I stay organized. They also asked if I ever worked with adult students, considering it’s for the graduate program. There was no religious questions asked in the first round of interviews. In the second interview was with the Dean. She started the interview by asking me to lead a prayer. Asked how I practiced and stayed active in my religion.
