Pepperdine University interview questions

Horrible , Was asked to give a copy of drivers licence and proof of insurance. However those are not allowed to be asked for until formal job offer. When I contacted the school the next day they stated they had to right to ask. Since when is this legal in California?

It was nice that we have a casual conversation on my resume and further had the discussion about opportunities and challenges. Relevant project experiences are really important. I was asked about plan in future as well and I talked about my short term and long term goal.
