Interview
The process nearly took 3 months. It takes ~5 rounds of interviews before getting an offer.
1st round - Interview with HR about past experiences, career goals, and expectations from Pepsico.
2nd round - Interview with the department manager.
3rd round - A role-related business case with department members. (30 min to prepare case, 10 min to present and 5 min for Q&A)
4th round - A general business case with a talent manager and an observer (several pages of statements and reports about a business problem. It is a general business problem, not about your specific role. 60 min preparation, 30 min presentation)
5th round - meeting with the department director.
It was a good learning process and a different experience for me. But the process was too long.
