PepsiCo Executive Assistant interview questions

It was a really long process. I had to meet with 5 people at different time. Also, there were 2nd and 3rd interviews. Every person I met with were very respectful and professional. I really enjoyed meeting with them all.

Terrible interview process with an assessment on a laptop that is not needed and then an interview after the assessment wih ridiculous competency based questions which doesn't help get to know the candidate. Needs to be more personable and less formal. Pa's non likeable or friendly.
