Interview
First had video interview which lasted about 20 minutes about the company, what you think the role entails and why do you want to work for them. If you're successful, they send you an online numerical and verbal test online which is extremely difficult unless you're a maths wizard or accountant and it consists on 18 questions for each. They then invite to their head office in Reading for a 2 hour interview with 3 different people for a powerpoint presentation, compentency and cv run.
