There was one interview, which was an on campus interview with an HR manager and the manufacturing plant manager for the location I applied for. They asked me to talk them through my resume, asked me normal interview questions, then asked me if I had any questions for them.

Was easy. The interviewer was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I was overqualified for the job and they got straight to the point of what do I want to do in this situation.

Spoke with recruiter at career fair who forwarded by resume to HR. HR called a month later to schedule an appointment for the plant tour/interviews. The plant was fantastic and it seemed as if people enjoyed working there. There were 3 sets of 2-on-1 interviews. Questions were based off a script and all three asked the same questions.
