Interview
One phone interview followed by a face to face interview with the Zone Manager and then a phone interview with the Region Vice President. Some people go through a panel interview, some are required to make presentations especially if they are Self Nominations from the Sales Team - they need to make a detailed business review of their current market. I was an external so I was asked some questions about difficult situation and I chose to talk about some of my opportunities, rather than my WINs, and what I learned to become more prepared if I had to face those situations again.

Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
