Starts off with who you are and why you want to move up. i was interviewed by 3 people
They really hone in on your customer service skills more than anything. will ask you many questions about hypotheticals such as how do you deal with a boss who wants one thing and the store your servicing wants another.
Then you talk about yourself and something you did proudly.
i was promised that they hire from within the company first.
I knew the person who got the exact same position i applied for. he had zero retail experience and only worked in masonry.
I on the other hand had 6 years retail, 2 years managerial, and 7 months with the company.
Every report i requested was excellent. i am performing well.
Didnt get the job. official reason was that i needed more time with the company.
