I attended my campus career fair and spoke with Pepsico. Shortly after, I received an email and set up an on campus interview time. The interview was very relaxed and they asked me general situational questions. About a week and a half later I received a call back.
It was not too hard of a process, asked basic behavioral questions. it was a couple rounds but nothing tehcnical, wanted to see how you work with conflict and in team settings
It was very connecting, questions werent difficult and it flowed well. The interviewer was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. She was younger which matched up with me as I am young as well
