Met at my school career fair. They had me apply online and I then received an email for an on campus interview one week after my career fair. Straightforward questions, tell me about yourself and other behavior question. They did ask my experience using statistics which threw me off, but I talked about a stats class I took. Last about 25 mins. I then received an email asking me to come a second round of interviews near a local plant. It lasted two days. First night was dinner with many reps from all their plants in the region including hr reps, plant directors, and others in operations positions in the plants. This was more get to know you and get to know PepsiCo. The next day consisted of 3 interviews all in a row with an hr rep and someone in operations. The same people at the dinner were conducting the interviews. One was with case study that was given to us a few days before, another behavioral one, and the third consisted of more questions of how we would react to a situation in the plant and hypothetical situations. For example, a machine is down what would you do? Then we had a plant tour which was awesome. Last part of the day was a resume presentation. We basically had to talk who you are and what you have done. They paid for all meals and covered the hotel for the night. Allowed us the ask questions in every part of the process
