Interview
I was offered an on campus interview after visiting the PepsiCo booth at my university career fair. The first interview was a 30 minute behavioral interview with one person. Then, I had a phone interview/screening with an HR manager. I was then offered an in person interview at the Seattle office. This interview was an hour long. Two thirty minute sessions. Most of the questions were behavioral.

You will be contacted by HR asking which location you want to interview at if you get accepted. That is followed by two rounds of interviews over video call. You will be asked questions like how you overcame a difficult situation and about your experience leading a team.

Tell me about a time you were faced with a challenge/ that you thought was impossible and how did you overcome it whether it be positive or negative.
The interview process is Scenario based questions to evaluate how you’d handle certain scenarios. Important to know that examples cannot be hypothetical, draw from experiences that you’ve encountered. Overall questions revolved around managing employees as well as business partners.
