Situational questions. Very open ended and targeted to look at conflict resolution, ability to work in a team, leadership capability, working in a stressful environment and willingness to be flexible in your schedule. Very professional and courteous overall. Typical day of interviews includes 3-4 rounds of two people team interviewing you. Some final time with HR to discuss salary and benefit needs.
