Interview
Flew out to regional office in Dallas , TX. Had a great meet and greet with potential interviewees, once lunch was over candidates would go to pertaining interviews (depending on background 2 or 3). Once completed flew back to hometown and heard back wishing two to three business days.

Tell us about a time when you proposed an idea to your manager but you weren't successful and why?
Very straightforward zoom interview fairly early in the day. It's supposed to last about 45 minutes to an hour, but can go over if the conversation is positive. You're asked 5 standardized questions. Make sure you use the STAR method.

Name a time you thought you had a good idea, but were faced with feedback and had to change.
Simple and easy process they took the time to answer all questions. It was painless and they communicated effectively. It was a two week process and they let you know what to expect. I enjoyed they conversation and they details of the role.
Very straight forward with questions that try to get to know you more as a person. They are making sure you are the right fit because a lot of people quit.
