They simply called me and asked me to come in for an in person interview. The same day directly after that interview, you meet with the head of the department where they meet with you and ask to see what you think your best work is.

Never got an answer from them which was quite frustrating in the process. Been looking for over 10 months. I wish at least getting an email back giving some kind of feedback
