I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PepsiCo (White Plains, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter who saw my resume. Recruiter was very helpful, honest, transparent. Guided me through the whole process. After I spoke with this individual, then I did a phone screen which my would-be boss. After this, was brought in for the day and did multiple interviews with individuals in the group, in addition to the boss again. Pretty standard. Asked questions about skills and experience as to be expected, needed to be prepared of course. Pretty comfortable experience, very accommodating. Came back in for final round with additional individuals, to make sure everyone was aligned with the decision.

Question 1
We are facing this issue. Tell me about how you would solve this problem (and include the tactical process steps you would take).
The overall interview process was good, however there was some disconnect between what the role highlighted initially and what the technical interview had to say about it. That meant that there wasn’t enough clear communication between HR, the hiring consultants and the management.
