I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Lethbridge, AB) in Jun 2017
Interview
The initial phone interview process was rudimentary at best. It did show and prove the HR Rep didn't even read my Resume. The second phone interview was with two Department "Leads" with zero HR reps present. That interview was something right out of the "Lead" interviewing handbook filled with laughable moments. I could not envision myself working under the Supervision of these two. It was very clear they were a couple of typical Generation "Y"'s early in their career and probably on their 4th. or 5th. position with the Company as they climb the perceived ladder of success!!
