Interviewed on campus and they even had a Pre-Interview Social. It was two 45-min sessions, where each session had two people interviewing you. Mostly was behavioral questions about why Pepsico, team projects, and situation-like scenarios.

It was very laid back and conducted with employees. There were 2 back to back 30 minute interviews. They asked about my resume and experience and then on how my technical expertise has been presented in certain situations.

Two 30-minute Zoom interviews featuring behavioral in the first half and technical in the second half. Technical featured a Python JSON and CSV data processing. Behavioral featured basic questions involving how you deal with obstacles and how you work in a team setting.
